RAA is proud and thankful to be partnering with local Girl Scout Meredith Niksa, who is making representative dolls for each of the young girls in RAA. Each doll is created based on a photo of the (former refugee) child, and Meredith sews a traditional/religious outfit and an everyday outfit based on their style. The girls have loved receiving their dolls, and Meredith hopes to, "help the girls feel welcomed and represented in the United States.
